Who we are
Giftsmandi Enterprises ("Giftsmandi", "we", "us") provides corporate gifting and branded welcome-kit services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you raise a query we collect the details you submit: name, company, email, phone, approximate quantity and your message. We do not collect payment information there are no online payments.
Usage data
In our mobile app we also collect basic, non-identifying usage information (such as which screens and products are viewed) so we can understand how the app is used and improve it. This is analytics data and is not used to identify you personally. All data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Analytics on this website
We record which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site sent you here, so we can see what people look for. It is counted in aggregate and is not tied to a name or an email address. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell any of it.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry with pricing, lead times and follow-ups about your requirement. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Storage
Queries are stored in a managed cloud database, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by the Giftsmandi team through an account that requires a sign-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are doing business with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour repeat orders, warranties and our own tax and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to hold a record of a completed sale.
Your choices
You may contact us at giftsmandi.ent@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your submitted information at any time. You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions, so if a specific wording matters to you, keep your own copy of it.
