The second is the hiring cycle, when welcome kits run in rolling monthly batches rather than as one large order.

Between those two, Delhi’s conference calendar keeps delegate kits and stage mementos moving all year, particularly around the Pragati Maidan and Aerocity venues. We supply crystal, acrylic, wooden and metal awards for these, along with medals and printed certificates for internal recognition programmes.

One pattern is specific to Delhi: budget bands here are wider than anywhere else we sell. It is completely normal for one company to run a ₹300-per-head giveaway for a field team of 2,000 and a ₹6,000-per-head leadership set in the same quarter. Both are ordinary orders for us, and both are quoted the same way.
