Corporate Gifting in Faridabad

Faridabad was planned as an industrial township, and it still works like one. NIT, the sectors along Mathura Road and the newer estates towards Ballabgarh and IMT Faridabad hold thousands of units, from household names in tractors, appliances and auto parts to the small and medium suppliers that feed them. A lot of the gifting in the city follows that shape: large headcounts, a dealer network to look after, and a supply chain that expects to be remembered at Diwali.

That makes corporate gifting in Faridabad a practical job. The budget per head is usually modest and the order is usually big, so the product has to earn its place: a flask that goes to work every day, a bag that lasts, an award that a supervisor is proud to put on a shelf. We would rather tell you what will actually get used than sell you what looks good in a photo.

Our base, since 2013, is Sector 27 in Noida, and Faridabad is across the Yamuna from it. There is no Giftsmandi office in the city. What there is: our own vehicle making the run, and samples carried by hand to most Faridabad business addresses, so a purchase committee holds the real thing before it signs off.

A plant with 1,500 people needs 1,500 of the same thing, packed and delivered without a single short count, and the budget per head is usually below ₹1,200. What earns its place is anything used daily: a steel flask for tea on the shift, a steel tiffin, a jute bag, a diary for the supervisor. We hold that range in our own stock, so a big order never waits on a supplier we have never met.

The dealer network is the second big order.

Manufacturers in Faridabad sell through dealers across north India, and the gift to a dealer says something about the relationship. Tiered sets work well here: a dry fruit hamper paired with a lamp, a clock or a bottle for most dealers, and something more considered, like a leatherette diary set or a smartwatch, for the top performers. The same set can go out in one batch to a dealer meet at Surajkund or be shipped to each dealer’s own address.

Outside the festival, plants spend on recognition. Twenty-five years of service, a year without an accident, a supplier who never missed a delivery: each gets marked on a stage, with a trophy, a medal or a framed certificate, all made to order in metal, acrylic or wood. Logo safety jackets are made to order as well, and plants often add them to the festival order so the whole team is covered in one go.
