Diwali Corporate Gifting Companies in India: 7 to Compare for 2026

Corporate Gifting4 min read

Seven Diwali corporate gifting companies compared on what their own websites say, and the dates that matter now that Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November.

Diwali corporate gifting companies all promise hampers, branding and on-time delivery. In the last few weeks before the festival, the ones that deliver on that promise are the ones with stock in hand and the capacity to brand it. Stock runs out. Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday, 8 November, which leaves less time than it seems.

Here are seven worth comparing.

We are Giftsmandi Enterprises, a corporate gifting company in Noida, and we are one of the seven. Everything we say about the others is taken from their own websites, checked on 29 September 2026, so every line can be checked. If anything has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

The dates that matter for Diwali 2026

Work backwards from 8 November. Allow a few days for a sample and approval, then production, then delivery, and remember that many offices want gifts handed out in the week before the festival, not on the day.

That week is closer than it looks.

  • Brief suppliers now, while the better stock is still available and before production queues fill up
  • Approve samples by mid October
  • Delivered by early November

Seven Diwali corporate gifting companies to compare

1. Giftsmandi Enterprises (Noida)

That's us. We have supplied corporate gifts from Sector 27, Noida since 2013, and brand every product in our own workshop. For Diwali that means dry fruit hampers paired with a lamp, a clock or a pooja thali, festive gift sets, and practical gifts for large teams, from 50 units to 50,000. Our Diwali corporate gifts page shows the range. Production takes 7 to 14 working days after you approve a physical sample, and Delhi NCR deliveries go on our own vehicle.

2. FNP Corporate (national)

Ferns N Petals’ corporate arm has the widest Diwali range here: sweets, dry fruits, chocolates, candles and diyas, idols, crockery, electronics and more, with branded packaging and custom messages. Few can match its range. It delivers across India to many addresses and names clients including Amazon, Deloitte and Samsung.

3. IGP (national, with international delivery)

IGP offers Diwali hampers, sweets, dry fruits, plants and personalised gifts, with logo branding, names and cards. Its product pages show minimum quantities that vary by item, and it says it delivers to 400+ cities in India and internationally.

4. Bigsmall Corporate (Chhatarpur, Delhi)

Bigsmall is based in Chhatarpur, Delhi, and states 10+ years of experience. Its Diwali range includes tech, heritage and executive hampers, with laser engraving, UV printing, screen printing and embroidery. It can deliver to one office or to many individual addresses, and shows client logos including Intel and Infosys. Branding is its strength.

5. BoxUp Luxury Gifting (Bangalore and other cities)

BoxUp focuses on curated hampers: chocolates, dry fruits, coffee and tea, and eco options, customised with your logo and tagline. It mentions same-day delivery in Bangalore and operations across major cities. A good fit when the gift is the hamper itself.

6. The Good Road Gifting (New Delhi)

The Good Road curates Diwali and festive hampers from New Delhi, customises packaging, tags and cards in house, and gives its best bulk rates from 50 hampers. It names clients including Inshorts and Dream11.

7. Swagilo (Noida and Delhi NCR)

Swagilo is a Noida corporate merchandise company working across Delhi NCR. For Diwali its range of drinkware, tech, bags and hampers suits companies that want a useful branded gift rather than food.

Hampers or branded gifts?

The companies above split into two groups. FNP, IGP, BoxUp and The Good Road lead with hampers: food, sweets and festive items in beautiful packaging. Giftsmandi, Bigsmall and Swagilo lead with branded products, often paired with dry fruits. Hampers feel festive on the day. A branded gift with a festive touch keeps your logo in the house long after the sweets are gone.

Many companies do both, one for clients and one for staff.

Budget decides a lot of it. Up to about ₹450 a head, a large team usually gets more from one useful branded item than from a small box of sweets. Between ₹500 and ₹1,200, a dry fruit box with a lasting piece beside it works for staff and most clients. From ₹1,500 upwards, tech and premium hampers both come into play, and the choice is about what your brand wants to be remembered for.

Questions buyers ask

Which are the top corporate Diwali gifting companies in Delhi NCR?

Of the seven here, Giftsmandi and Swagilo are in Noida, Bigsmall and The Good Road are in Delhi, and FNP Corporate and IGP deliver across the region from their national operations. Shortlist two or three, ask each for a sample, and compare the samples side by side. Ask early.

How early should we order Diwali corporate gifts for 2026?

Now, if you have not started. With Diwali on 8 November, samples should be approved by mid October so production and delivery finish in the first days of November. Later orders are still possible, but the choice narrows every week.

What should we ask a Diwali gifting supplier?

Ask whether the stock is theirs, whether they brand in house, whether you will see a physical sample first, what the minimum order is on your chosen item, and the latest date they can promise delivery.
